Well, my dream is to have program framework that will let me easily layout and provide content for any web site I choose to build. I have tried many Content Management systems and whilst they are very good at providing easy access to add content to a web-site, I found them inflexible when it came to layout. My aim is to make PALMS fill a gap for anyone wanting more control over the layout of thier website, but still remaining true to the 'easy management' concept of the many Content Management systems out there. PALMS will initially provide the program framework for the layout of web pages, and later will provide the framework for content as well.
